Shipping policy

Tiger Lyly can ship worldwide.

At Tiger Lyly we have customers who love our handbags in many countries and offer a worldwide shipping option. Please understand that it can take up to 2 businesses days to process your order, and ensure you enter the accurate shipping details when requested at checkout. Should you place an order on a Friday, for example, it will ship on either the following Monday or Tuesday at latest. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your order.

Tiger Lyly processes and posts orders Monday to Friday. We do not post at weekends or on holidays and cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries. The local postal service is ultimately responsible for delivery.

While we do offer an express delivery service it is still not possible for us to make any guarantees other than those stated, as the postal service can experience delays. On no circumstances can we process same day shipping.

While Tiger Lyly will do all we can to ensure prompt and satisfactory delivery we cannot be held responsible for delays experienced by the carrier. Following are the delivery services and expected delivery times in some of the countries we ship to.

We ask that customer take the greatest care when providing delivery addresses. Any mistakes may lead to items delivered to the wrong address. We can rectify incorrect addresses should you realise you have made a mistake but only before the point of despatch. Use the email address to contact us straight away if you have supplied incorrect information and our team will act promptly to rectify the situation. Problems with an address or verification of details my add further delays to the shipping process.

Should your package require a signature it will only be delivered if there is someone to receive it in person. If there is nobody available, it will be returned to the post office for collection. This applies to packages that do not require a signature unless you have specified a safe place to leave the package with your postal service. If you know you are unlikely to be on hand to sign for a package, we recommend you use an address where there will be someone present such as your work or the address of a friend or neighbour.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a further communication once it has been despatched. Please allow up to 21 days – at most – for deliveries to all addresses. Should your item not arrive in that time please contact us and we will do what we can to trace the package and rectify the situation to your satisfaction.


INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers from outside the USA will be responsible for inbound duty fees, tax, or any other fee that the local customs authority applies. These fees will be paid to the local carrier and not to Tiger Lyly. It should be noted, therefore, that we cannot be involved in any dispute or query regarding such fees. This is solely between the customer and the shipping provider. Note that all Tiger Lyly orders for international customers are shipped duties and tax unpaid – or DDU – so we recommend that you ask your local postage provider for details of the charges you may be expected to pay.

Note that some international couriers will pay any duty and tax on the behalf of the customer as the package enters the country. This is to enable delivery in good time. The courier will need full payment of the taxes they have paid from you before the item is released and there may be a small administration fee for this service.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Should you have supplied the wrong address we ask you notify us at sales@tigerlyly.com as soon as is possible. We can only change delivery addresses while the order is still being processed and not following despatch.

It is possible that orders sent to erroneous addresses are returned to Tiger Lyly. In this instance we are able to amend the address and resend to the correct destination.


RETURNS

By placing an order at Tiger Lyly, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Tiger Lyly. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.
